We failed to establish quorum for the meeting. So we will see about scheduling it for a future date to try again.

Notice will be sent out when we decide on the next date for the meeting. If you can’t make the Annual Meeting for some reason, please submit your Nomination Form and/or your Voting Proxy Form.

We wish to thank the three homeowners that did attend the meeting. We hope that we answered all questions and that we provided helpful information on the adhoc topics we discussed.
